Pair of handmade, glazed, ceramic Guinea Pig earrings on silver plated studs.
I have designed the shape and cut out with a knife in porcelain clay. After drying I have painted with ceramic underglaze and biscuit fired to 900 degrees. They are finally glazed with a clear brush on glaze and fired to 1200 degrees.
Guinea Pigs are super Furry fluff balls of fun. Every childhood is enhanced by having one or two of these cute, friendly critters. Ours were adorable and much loved. I hope these fun hand painted characters make you smile when you wear them or gift them to a friend.
For pierced ears only. Very lightweight and cute .
