Small Hanging Ceramic Mosaic Portrait of 2 Wild Swimmers in the Sea with Shells and sea pottery.
I have cut out the central piece in clay and made and painted the 2 lady swimmers with underglaze. I have also painted some sheets of clay with underglaze colour to use for the mosaic. Next these are glaze fired to a high temperature.Once fired I have glued the portrait to the base and added the mosaic border. I have used some of my own broken ceramics and found seaside pottery chards and shells from around the Anglesey coast.
This is finally grouted and ready to hang with a hook at the back
in a picture grouping or special place in your house.
There are 3 variations with one framed in a white box frame.
⭐️SIZE: Approximately 15 cm high , 12 cm across and 3 cm deep.The framed Mosaic is 18cm by 18 cm and 3.5 cm deep.
⭐️GIFTING: All my items come gift-wrapped prettily in tissue paper as standard.
